About Me

Having developed my career working for a leading consultancy house, my background is in developing business requirements and facilitating project delivery for clients such as Energy Australia, Sony, Goldman Sachs, Target and GE.

Currently I am working as a Technical Business analyst for a transformation project with an Utility based company.

Previously I worked as a Technical Business analyst for the Tech Resiliency Program to identify the landscape of all the On-Prem application and it’s gaps for resiliency, this includes the receivable platforms i.e. Mainframe and ICBS (AS400), all the midrange and middleware application, all third party integrations with Latitude. I am also supporting for Cloud migration tools POC for moving the on-prem workload to a potential Cloud provider.

I have experience as a Technical analyst for transformation of a Closed end platform hosting Personal and Motor loans. I was involved in identifying the legacy and end of life integrated systems with the closed end platform with servicing landscape i.e. Collections and analysing the end to end business processes to help the architects formulate a new solution for transformation. Prior to this project, I was supporting as a Technical Business Analyst for Data Center migration for the Network stream. It involved analysis for the migration of the Network infrastructure, implementation planning, preparing run sheets and planning of change submission. It also included identifying and engaging all organizational functions/stakeholders that may be impacted by the migration. I also worked as a project manager for a building relocation program which involved migration of WAN network for 7 sites and LAN network of one site.

Although nominally a Business Analyst in each of my roles, I have an exceptional understanding of project management principles as well, having frequently been involved in leading implementation of programs and initiatives, not just specification and development. I am comfortable working across Agile and Waterfall methodologies and convening resources across clients, stakeholders, colleagues and counterparts to deliver mission-critical outcomes.
